  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Inspection & Review Process

Once your return or refund request is submitted, our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund after the review.

3. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

  • Refunds are only issued if all conditions are met, including product condition and packaging.

  • If conditions are not fully met, store credit may be offered instead.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for refund, including but not limited to:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery

  • Customized or special-request items

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
